Incomplete notices may not be processed.

3. Submission Method

4. Review & Response Process

Once a valid DMCA notice is received:

We will acknowledge receipt of your request
The claim will be reviewed for completeness and validity
The allegedly infringing content will be evaluated

If necessary, we may request additional information before taking action.

5. Actions We May Take

If a claim is found to be valid, Charcoalkiln may:

Remove or disable access to the infringing material
Notify the party responsible for the content
Suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated violations
Take preventive measures against future infringement

All actions are taken in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification Requirements

Your counter-notification must include:

Your full name and contact information
Identification of the material that has been removed and its previous location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original claimant initiates legal action.
