How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—but timing is everything.
- Orders can only be canceled or changed before they are processed
- Once processing begins, changes are no longer possible
