Returns & Care
Q: What is the return policy?
We offer an industry-leading 40-day return window. Handbags must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original dust bags and tags attached.
Q: How do I care for my Charcoalkiln handbag?
To maintain leather quality, store your bag in its original dust bag when not in use. Clean with a soft, dry cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture to preserve the natural grain.
